For almost 40 years Binnie Alwine has been a Travel Consultant, specializing is “Soft Adventure,” Safaris, Luxury Travel, and Cruises. After attending the University of Southern California, Binnie got the “travel bug” while following her husband’s Navy ship around Asia.

Binnie was drawn toward the travel industry to help fuel her passion for travel and to see the world. She worked at several Orange County agencies and was even part-owner of an agency in Anaheim before arriving at Boulevards of Travel over 18 years ago. She has traveled to 113 countries on all seven continents! In addition to her many safari adventures in Africa, Binnie has trekked the Annapurna Mountains of Nepal; sailed the Amazon River; walked among tens of thousands of penguins in Antarctica; explored Easter Island and the Galapagos; cruised the Nile River in Egypt; explored ancient temples in Cambodia; stalked polar bears in the Arctic; tracked wild tigers on elephant back in India; explored the “lost city of Petra” in Jordan and the ancient ruins at Machu Picchu in Peru; hiked with wild gorillas in Rwanda; climbed Ayer’s Rock in the Australian outback; seen the unique lemurs of Madagascar; toured many great cities of the world; circumnavigated the globe; and on and on… She hasn’t been everywhere yet, but it’s on her list!

Binnie has particular expertise and experience in crafting safaris to Africa, focusing on immersive wildlife experiences, primarily in East Africa and Southern Africa. She also has extensive cruising experience and expertise – from wildlife expedition cruises to luxury cruises, big ships and small ships - in all parts of the world. She has personally cruised allof the world’s oceans, and most of the major seas around the globe, as well as river cruises in Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia.

Shari joined Boulevards of Travel in September, 2017. She has become a specialist in organizing custom group travel. An avid golfer, she is especially fond of organizing golf groups. Shari grew up in Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison and has lived in California ever since. She resides in Newport Beach with her husband Harry. As members of the Newport Beach Country Club they enjoy regular rounds and have traveled worldwide to play the game. They plan to play on many more courses in the future. Donna Quaglierini, Travel Advisor

Donna began her interest in travel when she was in high school as her mom owned a travel agency and she would go over after school and help hand write tickets, and even learned fare construction the hard way! Once she completed travel school she went to work for her mom and worked with her for many years gaining knowledge of leisure, and group travel for Rockwell and Orange County Employees Association. She knew then that she wanted to make a lifelong career in travel.

She worked in various sectors in the industry, including managing the cruise department for AARP in Culver City. She missed working with clients and went back to working in an agency and has been with Boulevards of Travel for 18 years; she was actually hired the day before 911 and was graciously welcomed in that day by her new co-workers to help try and accommodate travelers that were in need.
