Craig Carter, President & CEO
Craig Carter was named President and CEO of LUXE Travel Management effective September 1, 2008. Since early June of 2003, Craig served as the Vice President of Business Development and Managing Partner of Worldview Travel Management Company, assisting the company in working on a variety of financial and operational projects and more recently, assisting in mergers and acquisitions. In his capacity at LUXE Travel Management, Carter reports directly to the Company’s Board of Directors. Under his previous leadership, the company sustained more than a 24% average annual growth and has expanded to 10 locations in California, New York and Florida with more than 200 travel professionals.
Craig began his travel career with American Airlines in 1991, and held various executive positions. His wife Amy Carter, who was with American Airlines for 15 years, was the LAX Base Manager, managing over 3000 employees. Craig attended Kansas University at the William Allen White School of Journalism from 1980 to 1984. Craig and his wife Amy live in San Clemente with their three children, Cade, Branden and Savannah.
Bill Kramer, Chief Marketing Officer
Bill Kramer joined LUXE Travel Management as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Partner in January 2012. In addition to being responsible for marketing, sales, and supplier relations, Bill collaborates on strategic and financial planning within the Luxe Travel Management Group, and leads LTM Travel Consulting which offers comprehensive, integrated solutions to support travel management programs. Bill started his career with American Airlines and spent 20 years in various roles ranging from airport operations to sales and marketing before joining United Airlines as Managing Director - Passenger Sales, Western Division. Bill resides in Palos Verdes Estates, CA with his wife, Victoria and sons, Ryan and Mason.
Crystal Green, Senior Vice President, Operations
Crystal Green has been in the travel industry for over 35 years and with LUXE since the inception of the company. As Senior Vice-President, Operations, she oversees all corporate and leisure agent teams, corporate implementations, systems and programs along with Marketing. Crystal has an extensive corporate and leisure travel background and loves to work with clients and staff. Her experience includes domestic and international travel procurement, implementation, and management of corporate accounts including Fortune 500 companies. She also specializes in airline contract development and guiding independent agents across the country. Crystal is married and enjoys traveling, scuba diving and snow skiing.
Carmela Jensen, Vice President, Meetings & Incentives
Carmela Jensen has been in the travel industry for over 40 years and has extensive hands-on experience in the travel industry, started as a Corporate air agent managing Domestic, International, groups and leisure travel. Carmela has been with LUXE Travel Management for over 8 years and oversees the Meetings & Incentives and the Group Air Departments.
Carmela was born and raised in Italy and has traveled the world. She speaks 4 different languages and loves to meet new people from around the world. Carmela is married and enjoys cooking, traveling and snow skiing.
Kim Vetter, Vice President, Leisure
Kim Vetter, CTC, has been traveling and selling the world for over 35 years and is passionate about creating unique and customized vacation packages. As Vice President of Leisure at LUXE Travel, Kim oversees the West Coast in-house and Independent Consultants offering training, support, customer service and implementation of new products and services. Kim’s extensive vendor relationships and product knowledge insures that LUXE Travel customers will always receive the highest level of service and care.
Stacy Scott, Vice President, Global Sales & Account Management
Stacy Scott joined LUXE Travel in October 2013 as the Manager of Global Sales & Account Management to develop and manage the Corporate Sales division. She is the primary contact for any new or existing Corporate Clients and Executives. Stacy has a business background with a BS from Brigham Young University and has 10 years of corporate sales management experience. Stacy loves traveling with her family and friends, skiing, and watching her teenagers compete in sports.
Raquel Nagy, Vice President, Travel Technology & Global Solutions
As Vice President of Travel Technology & Global Solutions, Raquel oversees Concur and Reporting Departments. In her position, Raquel emphasis is to expand these departments, manage our new Online Booking Tool (Zeno), and further help LUXE focus on International implementations and relationships.
Cris Anderson, Technical Operations Manager
Cris started in Information Technology around 1994 where he and team developed a curriculum on teaching the internet to high school students and local businesses in Nova Scotia. From there he pursued various IT Support roles from various companies, until 1998 where he joined a small travel company in Vancouver, BC. and has been in the travel industry ever since. Cris Joined LUXE Travel as Technical Operations Manager in July 2017, and oversees Facilities, Telecom, as well as desktop/network support and planning. While not at work Cris enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his children at sports, and watching occasional hockey games when time allows.
